Requirements

4+ years of experience with any programming language and asynchronous message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience architecting and building highly scalable microservices
Strong product mindset with passion for customer experience and regulatory compliance
Ability to prioritize work with holistic view of customer and business impact using data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical and architectural concepts to diverse audiences
Commitment to writing clean, testable, maintainable, and performant code and advocating best coding practices and rigorous code reviews
Proven ability to lead technical delivery of large-scale, organizationally complex projects and handle organizational blockers
Extensive experience with relational and non-relational databases, including advanced query optimization, schema design, and data lifecycle management for sensitive data

What you'll be doing

Owning large impactful projects end-to-end within the domain
Owning the technical roadmap for areas of ownership addressing technical debt, reliability, scalability, and security
Designing and implementing robust backend systems with clean APIs to abstract internal complexity
