Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering, 5+ leading, including experience as a manager of managers.
• Experience hiring and managing a sizeable engineering organization (ideally 25-50 engineers), including managing managers, and setting an exemplary engineering culture.
• You are literate in financial data. Ledgers, cut-offs, corrections and restatement, FX, fee attribution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language.
• Experience delivering through a platform you did not control, and successfully getting what you needed from it without leverage.

• Own the customer-facing model of money movement for merchants, regulators, and Adyen Finance.
• Define and deliver financial data through datasets, reports, files, and dashboards.
• Create an environment fostering continuous innovation.
• Build a high-performing engineering team focused on delivering results.
• Accountable for executing key projects, ensuring timely delivery, removing blockers, and organizing priorities.
• Manage complex technical projects while balancing scalability and execution.
