What You'll Be Doing

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases with team support.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support operations and availability by creating and monitoring metrics and participating in on-call efforts.
• Engage in team growth and development activities, including participating in the interview process.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience working with Javascript/Typescript.
• Proficiency in Python or Kotlin for designing, developing, and launching backend systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code solving complex problems involving multiple software components.
• Comfortable navigating large code bases, debugging, and providing code reviews.
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
