Requirements

• Full understanding of the Application Security landscape in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
• Appreciation of the tools and techniques used to secure SaaS applications.
• First-class incident response skills.
• A recognized “talent magnet” and mentor.

• Experience of running an Application Security program in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
• Experience of hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers.
• Experience of security certification and re-certification programs.
• Project or program management experience.
• Background in software engineering or systems administration.

What you'll be doing

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function.
• Work with Engineering Leadership to ensure Attio is secure by design.
• Understand and mitigate risks associated with AI-driven product features.
• Lead production security incident response.
• Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers.
