Test Engineer II

Requirements:

• Strong experience in test design, execution, and test automation in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience in backend and API testing alongside front-end testing for low-code platforms.
• Practical experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of AI/LLM models testing and experience using AI tools.
• Knowledge of risk-based testing, exploratory testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with Pega product architecture and workflows.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Independently execute test design, risk-based testing, and quality practices.
• Guide teams in making features testable early and advocate for testability.
• Build and maintain test automation for APIs and backend services.
• Test and validate end-to-end Pega customer service workflows.
• Explore, implement, and test AI features and LLM models.
• Coach and mentor less experienced test engineers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional squads and partner teams.
