What You'll Be Doing

Lead design and implementation efforts for new platform components from the ground up.
Collaborate with partner teams and domain architects on system design and services integration.
Design and implement scalable services focusing on reliability, observability, operability, and efficiency.
Define the vision and assemble feature roadmaps.
Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth and development.
Strengthen engineering processes, principles, and culture by championing continuous learning and improvement.
Leverage AI to improve decision-making and increase impact.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software development experience.
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with experience in a modern frontend framework (e.g., React).
Strong HTML/CSS knowledge with responsive UI skills.
Understanding of state management, accessibility, performance, and security basics.
Backend coding experience with Node.js is required, with proficiency being a big advantage.
Experience designing and implementing APIs and services with solid system design and data modeling skills.
Ability to design, build, and deploy high-quality software.
Experience leading engineering teams and managing project milestones.
Technical expert capable of providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and complex technical issues.
Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical feedback.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Experience deploying and operating microservices in a cloud environment.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Azure.
