What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multiple teams of engineers delivering customer facing products.
• Partner with Product Management to define and execute a strategy and achieve audacious goals.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers across the organization.
• Work with peers around the world to drive cross-organizational projects and develop best practices.
• Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike.
• Define metrics that guide the engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in your teams.

Compensation

• For Austin based hires: Estimated annual salary of $300,000 - $380,000.
• For New York based hires: Estimated annual salary of $330,000 - $415,000.
• For Lisbon based hires: Estimated annual salary of €145,000 - €180,000.
• For London based hires: Estimated annual salary of £200,000 - £250,000.
