Requirements:

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python
• Built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications
• Deep familiarity with the LLM stack
• Proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks
• Experienced working directly with customers
• Thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work closely with enterprise customers to translate high-value business problems
• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents
• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform
• Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end
• Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns for quality delivery
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and raise engineering quality
