What you'll be doing

• Build, mentor, and scale an engineering team for the Server-Driven UI platform ("Codeless") with an inclusive, high-ownership culture.
• Oversee design and evolution of dynamic layout engines, declarative UI schemas, and client rendering frameworks across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Drive internal adoption of Codeless by partnering with product feature teams, ensuring great developer experience and tooling.
• Set high technical standards for platform performance, payload optimization, caching, compatibility, and offline behavior.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design System leaders, and Core Infrastructure engineers to align roadmaps and design paradigms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with coaching, complex platform delivery, and technical strategy expertise.
• Strong background in mobile (iOS/Android) or modern web architectures such as React, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or declarative UI paradigms.
• Product and platform mindset focused on developer velocity, adoption metrics, and rendering performance.
