Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience developing and delivering production software with ownership of services or technical components.
• Proficiency in software development fundamentals including low-level system design, API design, data modelling, algorithms, testing, debugging, and code quality.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating reliable services including monitoring, incident response, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and apply technical judgment to solve complex problems within defined domains or multi-service environments.

• Experience designing and evolving distributed systems or multi-service architectures at scale.
• Strong leadership in architecture and implementation decisions within services or cross-service initiatives.
• Operational excellence skills including automation, observability, resilience engineering, and data-driven reliability and performance improvements.
• Experience applying AI/ML concepts, tools, or workflows to production software and integrating AI/ML capabilities safely.
