Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, Objective C, JavaScript, or Go.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, plus 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.

Nice to haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or conversational AI systems, particularly in developing AI agents or agentic frameworks.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, Trust and Safety, and adversarial testing of Generative AI products.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, and market landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing the Agent Development Kit (ADK) using Go.
• Working closely with customers to onboard them to the ADK and the Generative AI ecosystem.
• Managing your individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Handling complex issues in distributed systems and software architecture to build a scalable framework for next-generation AI agents.
• Playing a key role in cultivating an innovative team culture and driving impactful, high-visibility open-source projects.
