Software Engineer, Developer Experience (Full-Stack)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack exposure across front-end and back-end development
• Comfortable with multiple programming languages
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and build tooling
• Experience with large-scale build systems like Bazel
• Comfortable with cloud-native environments and Kubernetes
• Experience working with hybrid architectures and complex release processes
• Strong empathy and communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the embedded Developer Experience partner and spokesperson
• Bridge the gap between engineers and business unit leads
• Build full-stack internal tooling and platforms
• Improve release process and enhance CI/CD pipelines
• Streamline local development in a hybrid codebase
• Work with build systems and containerized infrastructure
• Create and maintain codebase-specific documentation
• Define and track developer-productivity metrics
