Sr. Software Engineer, Messaging Infrastructure

Requirements

• Have 4-6+ years of experience in a software engineering discipline and have built and delivered at least one complex system.
• Experience on large-scale system architecture, technologies, and patterns.
• Passionate about growing and improving a product daily using a data-driven mindset.
• Proven experience with coaching and mentoring team members.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and build features/services relied on by hundreds of thousands of customers.
• Work on a highly-scalable campaign pipeline processing hundreds of millions of messages daily.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders on designs, implementations, and engineering practices.
• Learn new technologies, bring them to the team, and apply them to evolve systems.
• Improve experimentation and development processes, and mentor other engineers.
• Participate in the technical interview process to maintain a high bar for teams.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert and help level up peers.
