Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Professional technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Nice to Haves

Relevant industry software design and development experience working with a major programming/scripting language (C++, C#, Java, Python)
Strong design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and communicate technical content to general audiences
Experience of leveraging the latest AI technologies in real-world software solutions
Ability to resolve ambiguities effectively, prioritize and drive projects to completion, prioritize between multiple needs, and adapt to changing circumstances
Demonstrated history of promoting engineering excellence within a team

Ability to grow and maintain organizational and interpersonal relationships

Designing, implementing, and shipping engineering and data products that transform how Windows is built and shipped
Forging partnerships and collaborating with others across engineering and product/program management disciplines within W+D
Driving scenarios and influencing technical direction across teams
Mentoring less experienced engineers
Contributing to building and maintaining a culture and environment that engenders continuous learning and open collaboration

The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 63,400.00 - € 105,700.00 per year
