Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field OR equivalent experience.
Technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to Haves

Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Relevant industry software design and development experience with major programming or scripting languages (C++, C#, Java, Python).
Experience leveraging the latest AI technologies in real-world software solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve ambiguities, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
History of promoting engineering excellence including design for reliability, testing, measurement, and understanding of the complete software lifecycle.
Attention to detail and passion for great design.
Obsession with creating excellent end user experiences and outcomes.
Ability to grow and maintain organizational and interpersonal relationships.

Design, implement, and ship engineering and data products that impact how Windows is built and shipped.
Forge partnerships and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within Windows and Devices and with external organizations and customers.
Take on technical leadership roles to drive scenarios and influence technical direction across teams.
Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and open collaboration.

Base pay range in Ireland: €77,400.00 - €130,000.00 per year.
