Engineering Manager - AppCore

Requirements:

• Management Experience: 2+ years of managing engineering teams
• Frontend & Mobile Expertise: Hands-on experience with React Native and/or React
• Platform Thinking: Track record of building or maintaining products at medium to large scale
• CI/CD & Release Ownership: Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and app release processes
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, coach, and mentor engineering teams
• Product Sense: Understanding of product development principles and customer-centric approach
• Bias Towards Action: Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
• Always Be Shipping Mindset: Consistently delivering value to customers

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and grow a team of frontend and mobile engineers
• Drive the architectural direction of the mobile app and web portal
• Own and improve the app release process
• Champion engineering excellence across the platform
• Foster a platform mindset within the team
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams across Mollie
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing improvements
• Mentor and develop engineers
