Requirements:

Front-end development with React, at a level where you can drive technical decisions, front-end architecture, and mentor others
Building complex, data-rich web applications
Working beyond the front end: you're curious and willing to pick up new languages, backend systems, and cloud technologies

Nice to Haves:

Backend development in Java, Scala, or Go (JVM experience is a plus but not required)
Cloud-native development and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
Distributed databases or database internals
Database drivers and connectivity, e.g. JDBC or HTTP-based drivers
