Requirements

What you'll be doing

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, highly reliable systems powering core Paddle capabilities.
Lead implementation of key new features from concept and planning through monitoring and improvement.
Architect scalable solutions for growing transaction volumes and customers.
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and uphold high engineering standards.
Lead design discussions and architectural decisions balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data, Risk, and Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Shape product direction with technical insights, trade-offs, and delivery estimates.
Partner with Customer Support and Operations to investigate and resolve production issues.
Mentor engineers and lead technical planning to elevate team engineering practices.
Drive best practices and long-term decisions for the engineering community.
