What you'll be doing

Design, develop and deliver high-quality web applications and back-end services with modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with UX designers, software engineers, dev-ops, quality assurance and product management teams.
Build and integrate AI-powered features into web applications and enterprise tools.
Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for chatbot interactions.
Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient delivery of prioritized features.
Participate in planning and refinement of features with the team to create innovative designs.
Write test cases to ensure the quality of your code.
Utilize CI/CD tools to meet quality and scaling requirements.
Continuously improve the software delivery process by reducing waste and creating value.
Deliver features from design through deployment into customer-facing environments.
Investigate and solve challenging problems affecting users.

Requirements

Extensive experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.
Experience building large-scale and low latency distributed systems.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, and object-oriented programming.
Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows using AI/ML APIs and SDKs.
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, including Jenkins.
Experience with software repository tools like GitLab and GitHub.
Familiarity with productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Good understanding of Agile development practices.
Ability to accurately estimate software tasks and manage schedules.
Understanding of databases and data architecture choices including SQL, NoSQL, caching layers, and data access patterns.
Track record of tuning performance and reliability for highly available services and web applications.
Familiarity with web security fundamentals and secure engineering practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Hands-on experience developing RAG solutions or working with large language models for chatbots.
Exposure to observability tools and practices such as Prometheus and Grafana.
