Engineering Manager - Cloud Platform & Operations

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Deep understanding of DevOps/SRE mindset and managing mission-critical shared services
• Advanced knowledge of AWS or similar cloud providers
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and performing code reviews for infrastructure components
• Proven experience in defining observability patterns and designing Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity strategies

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and manage a team of Engineers (Cloud Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers)
• Ensure high engineering standards in system reliability, performance, and security
• Manage operational workload, including incident response and automation
• Foster feedback culture and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other value stream squads and communicate a clear vision
