What You'll Be Doing

Architect distributed systems with scalable microservices (primarily in Java/Spring Boot) handling billions in monthly volume with zero downtime.
Design and build user interfaces to enable efficient and safe operations.
Develop logic to manage real-world constraints like bank-specific API quirks, holiday schedules, and regional settlement cut-offs.
Build and optimize data infrastructure ensuring data integrity and reconciliation for all money movements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages and hands-on experience with the Spring framework.
3+ years of experience with React.
Experience writing clean, maintainable code and commitment to best practices such as code reviews and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with backend development including databases (SQL/NoSQL), synchronous/asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
Experience with web technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to design technical solutions balancing latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proactive mindset with initiative to improve codebase, architecture, and processes.
