• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps that influence key performance indicators.
• Guide architecture and technical design decisions to build scalable global systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bank integrations and expand the payment network.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring, and best practice adoption.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with team systems as needed.
• Identify improvements for the Send product balancing short-term needs with long-term technical health.
• Oversee the broader Wise Platform squad, share learnings, and help shape company-wide software development.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams and developing senior individual contributors.

• Experience with JVM platform technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
