What You'll Be Doing

Architect Distributed Systems: Design and maintain scalable microservices (primarily in Java/Spring Boot) capable of handling billions in monthly volume with zero downtime.
Product Design: Propose and build user interfaces to enable efficient and safe operations work.
Solve Global Logistics: Develop logic that manages real-world constraints like bank API quirks, holiday schedules, and regional settlement cut-offs.
Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Build and optimize data infrastructure ensuring every movement of money is accurately accounted for, creating a source of truth for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages, with hands-on experience in the Spring framework.
3+ years of experience with React.
Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code and strong adherence to best practices including code reviews, open feedback, and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with backend development including databases (SQL/NoSQL), synchronous/asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
Experience with web development technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to design technical solutions balancing latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability.
Passion for learning new technologies, tools, and patterns to solve problems effectively.
