Requirements

Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with complex deployments: TCP/IP, routing and switching, load-balancing/ECMP, firewalls, IPSEC, GRE, security policies, Network ACLs, BGP routing
Experience in SRE and network automation including IaaC, Python, Ansible, Netconf, CI/CD, telemetry
JNCIS/CCNP-level knowledge preferred; familiarity with networking on Linux and cloud networking concepts, especially AWS (VPCs, transit gateways, direct-connect, VPC peering)
Experience developing and documenting network designs
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for stakeholders
Self-starter capable of running projects independently
Focus on reliability, scalability, security, privacy, risk, and compliance
Technical influencer skilled in promoting architectural patterns and effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences

Leading technical projects or small teams of engineers
Software development experience, especially with Java microservices on Kubernetes
Experience with Git and Github

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Wise and complex financial systems
Develop scalable, repeatable architectures considering complex regulatory requirements
