What you'll be doing

Building, testing and shipping backend services that power products customers use daily
Writing clear, well-tested code that is maintainable by you and your teammates
Reviewing other engineers' code and learning from theirs
Pairing with senior engineers on challenging problems and leveling up skills
Taking ownership of unfamiliar areas, asking good questions, and seeking feedback
Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow and helping the team improve their AI usage

Requirements

Professional coding experience in a software development role (language flexible; mostly Python stack)
Solid fundamentals in data structures, basic algorithms, object-oriented programming, testing, and version control
Growth mindset, treating knowledge gaps as opportunities and proactively seeking what you do not know
Strong desire to progress quickly to Senior Engineer level and willingness to put in the effort
Good communication skills to explain work, ask for help, and provide useful feedback in code reviews
AI-first approach, using AI daily with curiosity and ownership to learn quickly
