Requirements

• Extensive hands-on software engineering experience, including in a principal engineer, architect, or equivalent senior technical role
• Deep expertise in web application development, including knowledge of Python, Java, React, FastAPI, Flask, Django, SpringBoot, Hibernate
• Strong grounding in relational data modelling and design of APIs, service integrations, and event-driven interfaces
• Practical experience with externally-facing systems, including security aspects
• Track record of leading architecture discussions with stakeholders

Nice to Haves

• Experience in advertising or marketing technology domains
• Experience introducing an architecture practice in an organization
• Experience with platform and developer experience work to reduce time to release
