Staff Software Engineer, Organization

Requirements

• Solid architectural and security knowledge
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evolving complex distributed systems
• Experience with Node.js (JavaScript or Typescript) for backend services
• Previous experience with SQL databases and query optimization
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
• Operating services at scale with observability tools

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, especially Apache Kafka
• Experience in DevOps culture and infrastructure
• Knowledge of security engineering and application security

What you'll be doing

• Drive architectural vision and strategy to design new enterprise functionality
• Identify and implement strategic technical improvements
• Mentor less experienced engineers and lead technical projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new features
