Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record
• 4+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations
• Proven experience building, growing, retaining, and inspiring engineering teams
• Engineering and leadership expertise in tooling, specifications, and software products
• Experience building large-scale technology and applications using best practices
• Strong customer and product focus
• Experience with Cloud platforms e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure
• Advocate for A.I. tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
